Beautiful outdoor wood fired oven Pizzaiolo made in Portugal, interior made with refractory brick and the exterior covered with natural stone, these stones are extracted directly from the concéssion cut and placed one by one. Three specific and rigorous isolations are made. The wide door is made of galvanized steel to allow the easy handling of a pizza shovel or to place a wide dish. The door is equipped with a thermo-ceramic glass. Allowing to monitor cooking without removing the door to avoid heat loss. After a heating from 1:30 to 1:45, the heat will last several hours for all type of cooking. This wood fired oven is for domestic or industrial use.
