Montana – FULL INOX

Montana ovens are made of stainless steel at hearth level, at the front and back of the oven.

• Montana colored ovens have a carbon steel cover and are painted with thermo lacquer paint.
• In the case of 100‰ INOX ovens, these are more expensive because the cover is also 100% stainless steel.

However, we cannot forget that the main advantage of 100% stainless steel ovens is their ease of maintenance.

A simple cleaning is enough. Stainless steel is also very resistant and therefore advantageous for very cold countries like Sweden, Canada, Norway, Finland etc., as the winters are more rigorous and stainless steel is prepared for these storms.

Do not use the wood and gas oven at the same time.
