Mimmo = A portable, handy oven that only weighs 24 kg.
A propane gas oven that can also be used with wood, just remove the burner. (The burner installation is done in less than 5 seconds).
The Mimmo is sold with a shovel and a flame arrester (or ember separator). This oven is made of stainless and carbon steel. Thanks to this, it guarantees optimal heat storage and is ready to cook in 10 min.
The Mimmo oven, designed for gas and wood, is much more than a pizza oven: it cooks meat, fish and vegetables to perfection. This oven was designed for outdoor cooking. The Mimmo is the ideal complement to any outdoor space.
